This page describes what nWite does today. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer.

Who operates this product

Nwite is the invitation product published as Jay Ho Private Events. The legal entity responsible for it is Jay-Ho LLC, Massachusetts.

What a host account stores

  • The email address used to create the account and sign in.
  • A name, when the host has set one. Otherwise the account email is shown.
  • A password, kept by the sign-in system. The product does not show the password back.

What hosts enter about guests

  • Guest names, email addresses, and phone numbers.
  • An optional household label, group tags, and private host notes.
  • RSVP answers guests submit: whether they are coming, who in the household is included, and any note they write.

Photos and email delivery

When photo storage is configured, invitation photos and an uploaded finished design are stored in Vercel Blob. Without that configuration, production does not accept those uploads.

Invitation and account email is sent through Resend. The product keeps the delivery status Resend reports, such as sent or failed.

Why this information is used

It is used to create an invitation, share it with the people the host names, collect their RSVPs, and show the host what happened. It is not sold.

Who processes it

  • Vercel hosts the application.
  • Neon hosts the production Postgres database.
  • Resend sends email.
  • Vercel Blob stores photos and uploaded designs when that storage is turned on.

How long it is kept

  • Host account data: kept until you ask us to delete your account.
  • Guest details and RSVPs: kept until the host or the guest asks us to delete them.
  • Photos and uploaded artwork: kept until the host asks us to delete them.
  • Email delivery records: kept until the host or the guest asks us to delete them. Our email provider also keeps its own delivery logs under its own terms.

Correction and deletion

A host or a guest can ask for a correction or deletion from the contact page. There is no self-serve deletion control in the product yet. Write to support@nwite.com and name the account email or the invitation involved. We act on a request within 30 days.
