Terms
Terms of use
This page describes what nWite does today. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer.
The service
Jay Ho Private Events lets a host create an invitation, share it, and collect RSVPs. These terms are a draft published by Jay-Ho LLC, Massachusetts.
Accounts
Creating an account starts with an email address. The product emails a verification link, and the host can then set a password. The host is responsible for the guest names, email addresses, and phone numbers they enter, and for having permission to use them for the invitation.
Guests
A guest uses the personal link in an invitation to reply. Replying stores the attendance answer and any note the guest writes, and can reveal the event address when the host has chosen to show it after acceptance.
